We reply to support tickets within 4 business hours on the Growth and Scale plans, and within 1 business day on the Starter plan. An engineer — not a generic queue — handles every ticket.
Can you help me migrate from another MLM platform?
Yes. We have built migration tooling for the most common MLM platforms. Open a support ticket with a description of your current setup and our team will run a discovery call within one business day.
Is there a knowledge base?
A full documentation site is in the works and will ship alongside the public release of the plugin. In the meantime, every customer gets a private documentation portal with step-by-step setup guides.
Do you offer training for our team?
We run a free 60-minute onboarding session with every new customer. Custom training packages are available for larger teams — get in touch via the contact form.
How do I report a security issue?
