Prices are listed on the pricing page and charged in USD unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. Taxes may apply depending on your billing country.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first purchases. If the Software does not work as advertised and our support team cannot resolve the issue, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Renewals and upgrade payments are not refundable.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Software — including the compensation plan you configure — complies with the laws and regulations of every jurisdiction in which you operate. The Software is a technology platform; it is not legal, financial or compliance advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WP MLM Soft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost data or business interruption — arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site or the Software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the site or the Software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WP MLM Soft is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
