3. Purchase Agreement

After completing the successful registration process, the purchase agreement is confirmed by proceeding with the submit button and by completing the required personal, organization data in order to complete the purchase agreement, regardless of free or paid service.

4. Change or Cancellation of Contract

WP MLM Software plugins, customizations, configurations, extensions, add-on, software are intangible products and the refund is not processed once the product is installed/ shipped/ completed customization/ configuration done/ license provided. It is advised to go through the product page to know about the specifications, description and all other information published on the product page. Also, try the demo of the product which you intend to buy. Refund is not processed until the claim is examined and found to be eligible for the refund. 5. System and Network Security

WP MLM is a software system with network security. Violating the network securities are strictly prohibited and all should comply with the network security policy, non-acceptance of this policy may result in criminal and civil liability. 6. System Resources – Misuse

It is a system breach to post or to upload or include any program/information on the space provided by wpmlmsoftware.com which may result in consuming high bandwidth, storage space, CPU time.

7. Online Conduct

It is a violation for anyone to post any information regarding a person or organization without their consent on wpmlmsoftware.com. Violating trademarks, infringing copyrights or intellectual property rights are strictly restricted. Going against may be prosecuted for legal liabilities. Continuous monitoring for such information posted on the system may or may not be processed. If found please notify the information to wpmlmsoftware.com

8. Legacy Clients

Clients those who have signed up before the new pricing structure of WP MLM will follow the old pricing and the clients those have signed up after implementing the new pricing structure will be considered as new clients and will follow the new pricing structure.

9. Pricing

Pricing may be changed depending upon the requirements, resources and project complexity. Pricing may be changed at any time depending upon the above factors at any time with or without any further notification.

10. License

Certain materials available in the wpmlmsoftware.com are open source and they are subjected to GNU GPL( General Public License ) License. It follows the terms of these open source license.
